World Explorer Internet Activities

Comments: Students increase their Web literacy while learning about world history. The on-line activities allow teachers to concretely integrate technology into their existing curricula to support classroom learning. Off-line activities extend learning to include tactile exploration in and beyond the classroom.

The 100+ Internet activities I developed for 8 books of this world history program help students develop and refine their Internet search and research skills while learning about world history. I repurposed existing websites to create original on-line and off-line activities that align with the national standards.
